Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines by location:

• Metro cities: 3–6 working days
• Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities: 4–8 working days
• Remote areas: 7–12 working days

A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery location and order details.

Delays
Unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, regional holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner where required.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
