Return & Refund Policy

At Mornea, every batch is crafted in small quantities with care, precision, and freshness as our standard. Because tea is a consumable product, we can accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

We will issue a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered.
  • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity.
  • The package arrived past its expected quality period due to a transit delay.

To request a return or replacement, email us at support@mornea.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video / photos of the issue
  • Product and packaging condition

After verification, replacements or refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • We do not accept returns for taste preference or change of mind
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed tea
  • Products without proof of damage or incorrect delivery
  • Orders placed with an incorrect address

Our goal is simple - every cup you brew should reach you with the freshness and dignity we promise.
